on the day of the appointment
we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your treatment to allow you to start slowing down and prepare for your treatment without a rush. upon entering BEELEAF, please place cell phones and other electronic devices on mute to ensure a calm environment for all guests. your comfort matters to us. during a treatment, you may wish to wear your own undergarments or enjoy your treatment without clothing. our professional therapists always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. to continue the benefits of your treatment until your next visit, our therapists will prescribe a skin care protocol from our range of exceptional products customized for your specific needs.
special needs
please let us know prior to your appointment if you have special needs that we should take into consideration. we will do our best to accommodate your special needs.
purchases
the purchases of spa services and products at BEELEAF are non-refundable. if you have pre-purchased one or more spa services, these services are transferable to another client. you may also transfer the purchase price of any pre-paid spa services to an account credit at BEELEAF.
gratuities
please note that gratuities are not included in the cost of your service. gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff.
cancellation policy
kindly contact BEELEAF at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel. BEELEAF requires a credit card to reserve the appointment, and if you cancel in less than 24 hours or not show up for your appointment your card will have to be charged the full price for the time we allotted to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled. know you may request to be place on our waiting list if your only time available for treatment is has already been scheduled. we will call you if we have a cancelation for that time slot.
